Face It NZ was launched in a bit of a rush with the goal of helping fellow Kiwis feel a bit safer, in style, and to ensure we all had access to affordable reusable masks during probably one of the craziest times of our lives.
Born during New Zealand's level 4 lockdown in 2020, me, Beckie Wilson, with the help of my talented mum Karen, launched Face It NZ from my hometown, Omarama.
Thousands of masks have been sent across NZ and shipped as far as Ireland and England, the USA and across the ditch to our Aussie mates.
Face It NZ masks have been worn by PM Jacinda Ardern, essential workers, hospo staff, flight attendants, Red Cross volunteers, massage and beauty therapists, hairdressers, cowboys, mail sorters, cleaners, avid gardeners, petrol station staff, courier drivers, politicians, supermarket shoppers, those receiving chemo treatment, and those who are unwell, and more recently, those who are flying back home anywhere in the world.
Masks are still being made and bought, and Face It NZ has new additions such as the face mask chain and nose clips.
Thank you for your support and patience throughout this journey.
